DescriptionUnder the supervision of the Principal Investigator and the Postdoctoral Fellows, the Staff Research Associate II (SRA II) will provide technical support in research laboratory, modeling the molecular and genetic basis of neurological  and neuro-psychiatric disorders and testing therapeutic treatments in-vitro. The vast majority of work will be performing mammalian tissue culture including, but not limited to, iPSCs, primary cultures and mammalian cell lines. Additional work will include, DNA, RNA, and protein extraction and analysis (qPCR, RT-PCR and Western blotting respectively), routine quality control of cell cultures, as well as investigating cytotoxicity and therapeutic effects of candidate comp
