Staff Research Associate III - Hematology/Oncology
DescriptionThe Staff Research Associate III (SRA III) will work closely with the Principal Investigator, to understand the genetic factors that contribute to an individual’s susceptibility for disease and other factors that are clinically relevant (e.g. genetic predisposition for drug contraindications).Duties of the SRA III include but are not limited to: create innovative sequencing pipelines to analyze short and long read high throughput sequencing read data to identify complex genetic abnormalities in a pipeline that is the most cost effective with the most accurate results; create polygenic risk score models that are clinically relevant; work with researchers and clinicians to understand
