Staff Research Associate II - Ophthalmology
DescriptionThis is a research position in a vision science laboratory located in the Jules Stein Eye Institute, UCLA School of Medicine. The position involves extensive work with laboratory mice and zebrafish, including management of mouse and zebrafish breeding colonies. It also involves performing biochemistry and molecular biology experiments. Experimental methods include preparing tissue samples, PCR, gel analysis of DNA, immunoblotting, mammalian tissue culture, and HPLC analysis of retinoids.Salary Range: $ 28.88 - 46.46
