RCI has oversight and responsibility for Research Integrity and Misconduct, Conflict of Interest, the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee Office, Export Control, Dual Use of Research Concern, Facilities Security and monitoring for Foreign Influences, Conflict of Commitme
