About the position: - 70% administrative/30% clinical with no call required - Spearhead the integration, coordination, and improvement of clinical research, clinical care and patient safety for oncology service line - Guide the development and implementation of medical staff policies, practices, and clinical programs throughout the oncology program - Drive, support, and model a service-oriented culture focused on employee engagement, quality, patient safety, service excellence, fiscal responsibility, and the overall patient experienceRequirements: -10+ years of clinical experience and leadership experience-Board Certified in Hematolo
