The Department of Medicine is seeking a highly motivated and successful individual with a background in large scale genotyping data analyses. The successful candidate will lead NIH supported projects such as large multi-institutional exome sequencing to identify susceptibility genes to myeloma and lymphoma. The lab has a track record of discovering novel genes contributing to cancer susceptibility. We also developed computational algorithms that predict pathogenicity from NGS data.
