Research Project Associate, Division of Health Informatics
MSKCC IMPACT assay is a robust database that plays a large role in cancer at this institution. Sequence data is acquired for IMPACT patients however, outside of demographics and lab values very little clinical information exists as structured data for these patients. The pan cancer IMPACT curation effort is for third party vendors to curate unstructured data elements for IMPACT patients in order to create structured data that can be utilized for future cancer efforts. We are seeking a Research Project Associate to join the Division of Health Informatics (DHI) department that is in collaboration with the Genitourinary Oncology Service (GU)
